## How we work
AI-native, end to end. We use frontier models across our own research, design, engineering, testing and operations, so a small senior team ships like a large one — and passes audit. Model-agnostic (Claude, GPT, open models). Built for regulated industries: secure, verifiable, evaluated, auditable.

- skub.me — Autonomous email AI agent (frontier-model tool-use over Gmail, driven from Telegram) — our agent stack productised.
- physid.ai — Verifiable identity for physical AI (humanoids, robots, AI glasses). NFC + MCP, live as CIS-8004 agent cards on the Concordium Agent Registry.
- concordex.ai — On-chain trading and liquidity on Concordium, with an MCP interface for people and agents.
- ptagchain.io — Flagship of our provenance specialism: tamper-proof Provenance Tags + Concordium payments. DPP, track & trace, stablecoin settlement, ZKP identity, in-transit yield.
- wyrdwars.ai — A fully on-chain tactics game settling assets through Concordium CIS-2/CIS-5 smart contracts.
